Windmill Road

Our client wanted to maximise the potential of a small rear garden site in Croydon, South London. 

The narrow plot and issues of neighbouring overlooking and privacy demanded a unique, contemporary solution to the brief.

The home is split between ground and basement floors, and is centred around a double height courtyard lightwell with semi-circular timber glazing that allows each room to have a view of a dramatic planted green wall.
