On Site Progress...

Construction is underway on a large residential duplex in the former Harrods building in Knightsbridge. The ongoing works for this two-storey family home, include a complete remodelling and refurbishment which seek to balance high-end luxury with cosy interior design. The apartment is located over 18m from ground level on the 4th and 5th floors and is therefore going through the new Building Safety Regulator approvals process. This brings increased scrutiny of our drawings and specifications which is both testing and rewarding.
